Heidi and Spencer are finally man and wife!

Heidi Montag, 22, and Spencer Pratt, 25, tied the knot at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, California on Saturday afternoon. The couple made it official after eloping to Mexico in an unofficial ceremony last November..

The stars of The Hills exchanged traditional vows in front of 400 of their closest friends, family and publicists. Hills castmembers Brody Jenner, Audrina Patridge, Frankie Delgado and Lauren Bosworth were also in attendance. MTV was on scene filming the whole event for the season finale of The Hills.

Heidi's sister, Holly served as maid of honor while Spencer's sister Stephanie was one of the bridesmaids. The bride wore a custom-made Monique Lhuillier gown topped off with Neil Lane jewelry as her father walked her down the aisle. The groom donned a black suit and also shaved for the occasion.

Before the ceremony, a plane flew overhead and wrote "Spencer loves Heidi" in the sky.

I think that Heidi looked really pretty at the wedding on Saturday. I am not sure if this wedding is real or another fake set up just for publicity and for another episode of “The Hills.” I heard it was for the finale, so who knows. But check out these photos that I found here, I still think they look really good even if they are fame hogs lol.
