David Caruso sued by ex-girlfriend Liza Marquez

"CSI Miami" star David Caruso is being sued by ex-girlfriend Liza Marquez for emotional distress, breach of settlement agreement and fraud.
 

Liza Marquez claims she and David met in 2004 on the "CSI" set and soon began living together. He allegedly promised he would provide for her in return for her services as a homemaker and confidante. She says he gave her a ring, with promises of more to come.
 

They had two kids together, and in October, 2007, after the birth of the second child, David broke up with her.
 

Caruso reportedly agreed to pay her a cool $1 mil plus attorneys fees but has never fulfilled his promise.
 

Liza says he threatened to "bury her" if she pursued the matter. Some of Liza's allegations include that David asked her to terminate her first pregnancy, raised a hand to her when she was pregnant, accused her of wanting to bed Billy Dee Williams and told people she was mentally ill.
