I don’t get the big whoop, but whatever…I guess it’s just…I’m not allowed to jog any more. I don’t get why people are allowed to take pictures and make them something they’re not, but I guess that’s just how their job works and how they’ll make the most money.

dang,if she wasnt a celeb this would be NOTHING ,, and like she said she was going to wash a car (so she decided to put a bathing suit on and decided to go for a JOg before so she put a shirt on ,not like she went out with just the bikini top .COME on ,ITs a bikini all girls wear bikini especially teeenagers ,,,,GET OVER IT , it a bikini last time i checked wearing bikinis wasnt slutty

Damn, justin is fiiiiine! But Miley's top is far too low at the front if you look. It should be further back and i think the green "bra" is actually a bikini top which isn't that bad even though it's not for running.

That doesn't look very comfortable to go jogging in. The worst thing to go jogging or running in is a swimsuit-bikini top and blue jean shorts (ouch!!). Lots of chaffing wearing denim shorts on a run and I bet her breasts will really hurt because of no support in a bikini top.

You wear a bra, a regular t-shirt (or tank top), and modified jogging shorts (that are made of running and jogging) when you go for a run. DUH!!!

Let's hope she's wearing appropriate running shoes too (Ouch!!)
