Miley Cyrus Photo Offends Asian Community

Is Miley Mocking Asian People?
Miley Cyrus is once again at the center of another picture controversy!
No, she has not posed for any scantily-clad photos.
But the new controversial photo shows Miley and her pals stretching their eyelids - in what many are perceiving as a mocking gesture.
The picture has enraged the Asian-American community OCA, a group "dedicated to advancing the social, political and economic well-being of Asian Pacific Americans".
The OCA sent TMZ this statement: "The photograph of Miley Cyrus and other individuals slanting their eyes currently circulating the Internet is offensive to the Asian Pacific American community and sets a terrible example for her many young fans. This image falls within a long and unfortunate history of people mocking and denigrating individuals of Asian descent..."
The group has requested an apology from Cyrus for the offensive gesture.
What do you think? Is this photo offensive, or just childish?

I've spent years in Asia, am Married to a philippina for 39 years, so my kids are half asian Give me a break teens will act like teens. My kids call themselves "Haolipino's". as in Haoli & Philippino. They started that when they were teens and still use the term today. People we just need to get over being so sensitive. I'm bald but I dont file complaints every time someone tells a bald joke. I'm Irish /German. I don't care if someone tells "Mick" or "Kraut" jokes. Sheesh get over yourselves.
