Cristina Schultz Warthen - Former Escort, Wife of Ask.com Founder Charged

Cristina Schultz Warthen has not been having the best week ever. Cristina Warthen, formerly Cristina Schultz - a Stanford Law School graduate and former call girl pleaded guilty to tax evasion on Monday because she failed to pay taxes on more than $133,000 she earned as a prostitute in 2003.


The next day, her millionaire hubby David Warthen, the co-founder of Ask Jeeves (Ask.com), filed for divorce. 
 

Cristina who allegedly boasted online she paid off her student loans by working as a high-priced hooker was indicted in 2003 - a year before she married David Warthen.
 

On Monday Cristina agreed to pay back $313,134 in fines. David Warthen's Tuesday divorce filing cites irreconcilable differences.


During her call girl career, Cristina, using the stage name "Brazil," charged $1300 for a two hour session, $5000 for staying overnight, and $15000 for a three-day session. She was willing to travel anywhere from San Francisco to New York to service clients. She has also been pictured in Iron Man, Muscular Development, Maxim, and Playboy Lingerie.
