Naveen Andrews Accused of Witchcraft, Gets Custody of Son

On : 2009 Jan 07

'Lost' star Naveen Andrews was awarded custody of his three-year-old son Naveen Joshua this morning pending a full hearing next month.

Andrews and Elena Eustache, the mother of Joshua, were in L.A. County Superior Court after Elena broke the terms on their existing arrangement, according to TMZ.

Andrews, who plays the Iraqi character Sayid on the hit ABC show, got the sole physical and legal custody of his son after claiming that mother Elena Eustache kept the child from him and took him out of the county without permission.

Elena reportedly claimed Naveen's girlfriend, Barbara Hershey, practices witchcraft and that Naveen and Hershey have poisoned the boy. In response, Naveen's lawyer asked the judge to order Elena to undergo psychiatric testing.

Following the hearing, a sobbing Elena said, "I can't believe celebrities and their money. They always get what they want."
