Jennifer Garner and husband Ben Affleck have welcomed their second daughter Tuesday in Los Angeles.
 

A rep confirmed to People "Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck gave birth to a healthy baby girl." No other details were immediately available. The actors, both 36, are parents to daughter Violet, age 3.
