Charmed actress Alyssa Milano is engaged to David Bugliari, a Creative Artists Agency (CAA) agent. Milano and her beau have been together for over a year and he popped the question on December 18th.
 

It'll be the second marriage for Milano, whose first one to musician Cinjun Tate ended in 1999.


Milano and Bugliari have not picked a wedding date yet.
