Eric Nies On Confessions Of A Teen Idol

Eric Nies, who starred in the first season of MTV's The Real World is one of the seven celebrities featured on VH1's reality series Confessions of a Teen Idol.
The new reality series is set to give heartthrobs of the ’80s and ’90s another chance at fame, the reality-show way.
Nies first gained fame as a cast member of what in many ways was the first reality show, The Real World. He has been a fashion model, MTV host, and starred in a line of fitness videos. He's also appeared in a couple of films. After hitting rock bottom (he contemplated suicide before going home to his mom instead), Nies became a life coach, helping to rehabilitate addicts.
The eight-part series will follow seven comeback kids, including Christopher Atkins, David Chokachi, Bill Hufsey, Jeremy Jackson, Jamie Walters and Adrian Zmed, as they try to work their way back to fame. The former celebrities will turn to Scott Baio, Jason Hervey, and a team of Hollywood experts for help.
Confessions of a Teel Idol premieres on January 4th on VH1. Will you be tuning in?
