Bernie Hamilton was a dear friend of mine. He   would come to Detroit, to film special projects,   and record R&B,and gospel music. Bernie was thrilled to create the toy, he named the chocolate  snowman. It is a beautiful cuddley toy. It has llipops for fingers, funny nuts for toes, a high silk hat, and spats, was all he has for clothes.   A pop locking, moon walking, go chocolate snowman go. Bernie sent a large box of the chocolate snowmen, to special needs students, where I teach  in Detroit. He made the children very happy. The  world need to know what a beautiful person Bernie  Hamilton really was. He would call me,when  words would pop up in his head, for a new song,he  could speak many languages, especially french, and  spanish. He was intelligent, and had a great sense of humor. I knew when I called his house,  and the telephone was cut off, something was wrong.Bernie will truly be missed, by so many people. So I say to my friend, Bernie you are  not here with us, but your beautiful spirit will  live on in our hearts forever. To the family, may  God bless you, and comfort you during this sad time. Raoul, when I spoke with you you told me that  your dad was in intensive care, but I never knew  he was so sick. He was a one in a million. Thank You.
