Joan Tuckruskye - PTA Official Caught Half-Naked With a 13-Year Old Boy

Joan Tuckruskye, a 44-year-old mother of three who served as a vice president with the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) at a New York middle school, has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child after police say she was caught half-naked in a car with a 13-year-old boy.
 

Tuckruskye was found with the boy in the back seat of an SUV in the parking lot of Meadow Elementary School. When an officer approached the Nissan Pathfinder, neither was wearing pants, according to police.
 

The boy attends the same school where Tuckruskye serves, Newsday reported.
 

Tuckruskye was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. She was released without bail.
