Jason Mesnick is Engaged!
Jason Mesnick, the star of The Bachelor's next installment is engaged!
The Bachelorette DeAnna Pappas rejected Jason Mesnick’s proposal last season. The new season of The Bachelor doesn’t begin airing until Jan. 5, but Jason Mesnick tells PEOPLE exclusively that he did find love on ABC’s reality dating series.
“I’m engaged!” Mesnick says. “I found exactly what I was hoping for, what I was looking for. I’m completely in love.”
The Bachelorette fourth-season star DeAnna accepted a marriage proposal from Jesse Csincsak instead of Mesnick. They later broke up.
“I really did fall in love with DeAnna,” Mesnick says, adding that when he heard she and Csincsak split in November, “I was shocked. I thought they were going to make it.”
Mesnick is an account executive in estate and legacy planning. He has a three-year-old son, Ty, from his first marriage.
