Ginger Spice Geri Halliwell worked the red carpet at an awards ceremony last night looking enviably sleek and well-groomed in a red dress. But as she turned round, the crowd got a rather revealing glimpse underneath her dress! Her unintentional peekaboo moment was all the more unfortunate as the mother-of-one was attending the Children's Baftas.
