Ashley Dupré, the former escort of New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer, sat down with ABC's Diane Sawyer on "20/20" to discuss about her life as a high-end escort, how she got into the profession and the journey she continues to experience.

 
“You don't mean to make those choices, but you're put in a situation and, you know, you have an opportunity to do it,” the 23-year-old former escort told ABC News' Diane Sawyer.


Recounting her affair with the ex-governor, Dupre said, “If it wasn’t me, it would have been someone else. I was doing my job. I don’t feel that I brought him down.”
 

When Sawyer confronts Dupre on the difference between an escort and a prostitute. Dupre says "I think that prostitution is only about sex...where as an escort is more...it’s time spent... it’s a lot more than that."
 

The interview airs tonight on ABC's 20/20 at 10 p.m. Will you be tuning in?
