Dino Castelli - Cindy McCain's Alleged Lover

Last week, The National Enquirer published a story claiming John McCain's wife Cindy was having an affair. They posted a grainy photo of Cindy with some mystery man.
 

The tabloid has now revealed the identity of Cindy's alleged lover. His name is Dino Castelli. 56 year old Castelli is a used car dealer.


Cindy and Dino had been meeting at Cindy's Phoenix, Arizona apartment when 72-year-old Sen. John McCain was out of town, a source tells the Enquirer.
 

"Dino and Cindy have been secretly dating for three years. I don't think he suspected what Cindy was doing behind his back. But they had to cool the relationship after he became the presumptive Republican nominee this past March 4. Cindy had to travel with John, and there was always Secret Service around," the source added.
