Paula Goodspeed - Idol Contestant Found Dead Near Paula Abdul's House
A woman described as being obsessed with Paula Abdul was found dead last night, in a car next to Abdul's home in LA. The 30-yr-old woman has been identified as Paula Goodspeed, who once auditioned for American Idol. The woman's car featured a license plate "ABL LV" and had a photo of Abdul hanging from the rear view mirror.
Paula Goodspeed appeared on Season 5 in 2006 but didn't make it to Hollywood. During her audition the idol wannabe told the three judges that the first picture that she ever drew was of Paula Abdul.
"I really like Paula Abdul a lot. She's really cool," said Goodspeed when asked about her inspiration during the Idol audition process. "I'm a really big fan, and I made life-sized drawings of Paula. I've been drawing ever since I was a little kid, and my first drawing was of Paula Abdul."
On Goodspeed's Myspace page, which hasn't been updated since April 2007, she posted a picture of Paula Abdul with a caption that reads, "My secret crush, shhhhh."
