William Balfour, the suspect in the Hudson family murder case, allegedly told his current girlfriend he was involved in the killings of Donerson and Hudson, according to the Chicago Tribune.
 

Balfour acknowledged being at the Hudson's Englewood home on the morning that Jennifer Hudson's mother Darnell Donerson, and her brother, Jason Hudson, were shot to death, law enforcement sources said.
 

No charges have been laid against him in the Hudson murders, but authorities have called William Balfour a "person of interest."
 

Balfour, 27, the estranged husband of singer Jennifer’s sister Julia, is in custody on a parole violation. He will appear Monday before a prison board that is to decide whether there is reason to further hold him in custody.
