Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa got into the Halloween spirit on their daily talk show Live With Regis and Kelly's and dressed up as 14 celebrities incuding Sarah Palin and Joe Biden. Watch the Video of Kelly Ripa and Regis Philbin as Joe Biden and Sarah Palin.
Ripa and Philbin also played Miley Cyrus and her dad Billy Ray, which led to a Hannah Montana music video, with Ripa playing Hannah and Philbin, Kevin Jonas.
