Carrie Underwood Gets Cozy with Travis Stork

Carrie Underwood and Dr. Travis Stork are still going strong. The country singer was recently spotted "canoodling all over town" with  the former Bachelor: Paris star. Underwood was in town to unveil her wax figure at Madame Tussauds.
 

Earlier this month, Carrie, 25, and Stork, 36, had been spotted dining together at Parc restaurant in Philadelphia. “They came in around 8 p.m.,” an insider tells Life & Style. Carrie, a vegetarian, began with the ravioli and the beet salad and then had an omelet for her entrée. “They ordered a bottle of Malbec and two bottles of Evian water,” says the insider. “There was definitely some hand-holding and petting. They even toasted with their wine.” 
 

Stork, an emergency-room physician, starred on "The Bachelor: Paris," where he chose Sarah Stone. But the relationship didn't last. He is currently serving as one of the medical experts on The Doctors, a new syndicated daytime series produced by Dr. Phil star Phil McGraw.
