Katy Perry Falls at MTV Latin Awards (Video)

Katy Perry performed her song “I Kissed a Girl” at the Latin MTV Video Music Awards yesterday. She decided to end her performance by diving into a delicious cake!
 

However, her spectacular stunt didn't exactly go according to plan and she took a rather dramatic tumble. When she tried to walked off the stage, she kept slipping and falling over the icing! Enjoy the video!
