More bad news for Hugh Hefner - his one "loyal" girlfriend, Bridget Marquardt, who's still married to a guy in Ohio, may be stepping out on him, too.
 

A tipster tells Page Six, "Bridget's been getting quite close with Nick Carpenter, Marisa Tomei's ex-boyfriend. He directed her in a movie recently and apparently they 'hang out' whenever she can escape the mansion."
 

Sad - Hef is losing all of his three "girlfriends." But he's still got the married one. The old man is reportedly, still married to playmate Kimberley Conrad.
