'Mermaid' Maria Dominguez Lawsuit Dismissed
When you go to a P. Diddy party topless in a mermaid costume, don't expect privacy - a judge told Maria Kristina Dominguez, a 28-year old woman who sued the rapper and Vibe magazine after the mag published her topless picture from his White Party back in 2003.
Maria Dominguez lost a $3 million invasion of privacy suit against the rap star and the magazine, which published her photo with two other bare-breasted mermaids in its November 2006 issue with the caption "Mermaids gone Wild." Dominguez says she never gave permission for the shot to run.
