Busy Phillips Welcomes Baby Girl

Dawson's Creek star Busy Philips and her screenwriter husband Marc Silverstein welcomed their first child, Birdie Leigh Silverstein yesterday.
 

According to People.com, Birdie Leigh Silverstein made her entrance in the world on Wednesday, weighing in at a healthy 9 pounds, 7 ounces.
 

Philipps, 29, who taped episodes of The Sarah Connor Chronicles while in her third trimester, told PEOPLE that she loved being pregnant – and the perks that came along with it. Phillips and Sliverstein were married in 2007.
