Britney Spears Wants Sam Lutfi to Stay Away

Britney Spears' lawyer said that there's no need to extend the restraining order against Osama Lutfi because Spears has cut all ties with Lutfi anyway.
 

“Britney has made clear to everyone that she does not want to be further harassed or contacted in any way by Osama ‘Sam’ Lutfi, now or at anytime in the future.”, her lawyer said.
 

Sam also released a statement saying, “Mr. Lutfi and Mr. Spears have mutually agreed in private that no hearing or order is necessary at this time.”
 

In other news, lawyers for Jamie and Britney are expected in court Thursday. Britney's  dad, Jamie Spears, has been in charge of all of the important decisions in his daughter's life , but the conservatorship, which went into effect on Feb. 1, is set to be reviewed in court today. Even though Britney seems to be under control, the conservatorship will most likely be extended.
