Designer Marc Jacobs has married his Brazilian boyfriend, Lorenzo Martone in a civil ceremony in France this past Sunday.
 

"He's totally excited," said an insider. "He said he's head-over-heels in love with Lorenzo. His life is coming together now."
 

However, contradicting reports have surfaced online, with celebrity blogger Perez Hilton claiming the couple has not wed.
 

Update: "They're just rumours," a representative at Jacobs' press office at Louis Vuitton in Paris told The Daily. "There's no truth to it at all."
