Rumor has it that Milo Ventimiglia is planning to propose to his girlfriend Hayden Panettiere!


A friend reveals that he would preferably like to be engaged this year, “Milo was looking at rings in late June. He really likes Cartier and intends to spend around $200,000.”
 

The 31-year old Heroes hottie met his 18-year old co-star of the set of the sci-fi show. The couple has been dating since late last year.
