Christie Brinkley Gets Full Child Custody, Cook Gets $2.1M

Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook have reached a an out-of-court settlement in their bitter divorce. The two sides appear to have negotiated through the night before announcing the settlement this morning.
Under the agreement Brinkley agreed today to pay her randy husband Peter Cook $2.1 million. In addition to getting full custody of their two children, Brinkley will keep the couple's 18 properties scattered through Long Island's posh vacation region.
Cook gets visitation rights to the kids. Brinkley and her attorneys contended that Cook's adultery and pornographic activities made him an unsuitable candidate for child custody.
After the trial ended earlier today, a distressed Brinkley was seen sobbing while hugging two of her girlfriends.
