After months of searching for her soul-mate in front of millions of viewers, DeAnna Pappas finally found her Prince Charming in Jesse. The 26-year-old Georgia real estate agent handed out her final rose to Colorado snowboarder Jesse Csincsak on the season finale of ABC's The Bachelorette.
“My connection with him is so strong,” she said. “I feel like I cannot live without him. I can definitely see Jessie by my side the rest of my life. I see a life that is full of love, excitement." says the newly engaged Bachelorette.
“I’m so in love with her,” Jessie said. “She’s my soul mate.” . The two have selected May 9, 2009 as the day they will walk down the aisle.
During a telephone interview at the end of May, Pappas seemed pleased with her choice -- filmed weeks in advance of actual air-date .
"I want America and all the people that supported me to hopefully see a love story, to hopefully see happiness, to hopefully see people connect, and know that the show, it works. People really do find love. People really do fall in love.",
The host Chris Harrison backed up her claim, telling People magazine, "I have never seen DeAnna this happy. She is head over heels in love. It’s one of the best proposals the show has ever had. I won’t be surprised at all if there is a wedding within the year."
