Verne Troyer has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against TMZ for running a clip of his sex tape on their website.
In the lawsuit filed yesterday, he claims TMZ "violated his privacy rights and infringed on his copyright and trademark by running portions of the tape" on their website.
Mini-Me alleges the tape was obtained illegally before ending up in the hands of Kevin Blatt , the dude who distributed “One Night in Paris” footage. Troyer is asking for $20 million and wants the court to stop the distribution of the tape.
Meanwhile, Ranae Shrider has been identified as the woman who co-starred in the video with Verne. Ranae Shrider is a 22 year old aspiring model from Kentucky, who lived with Verne for over six months before ending their relationship.
