Tori Spelling-Dean McDermott's newborn daughter Stella Doreen makes her tabloid debut on the cover of the new issue of OK!
 

Tori calls her two week old baby girl, Stella , “a miracle child” . Tori says Stella was a "happy accident" and she actually got pregnant while she was in between birth control.
 

"I was on one pill and wasn't feeling well, so I went off of it," Tori said. "Two days later, the doctor put me on another, and on that one day, we conceived. It was meant to be!"
