Anne Hathaway Breaks Up With Raffaello Follieri

Anne Hathaway has broken up with her boyfriend of four years Raffaello Follieri.
 

The Daily Mail reports that Anne made the decision to break up with Raffaello over the weekend, because she was afraid all the negative press around him would affect her career.
 

Follieri has been caught up in various scandals over the last one year. He was sued by a former business associate for bouncing a  $215,000 cheque. Last week it was reported, the children’s charity he runs was under investigation by New York authorities.
 

A source tells Daily Mail, “It’s heartbreaking for her to dump him, and she’s devastated that it’s come to this, but she really didn’t have a choice. His scandals were hurting her reputation.”
