Billy Ray Cyrus on Miley Cyrus Topless Photos

During an interview on The Today Show, Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley's father made his comments about the topless pictures of his daughter in the June issue of Vanity Fair Magazine.
 

 The country singer said, "I was surprised when I saw it ... but, hey, that's life. Stuff happens." Some of Billy’s comments to the scandal may surprise you, check out the video.
