Our favorite American Idol reject Sanjaya Malakar is the next star of the Life Comes at You Fast advertising campaign of Nationwide.


Sanjaya, who was known more for his creative coifs than his actual singing ability, follows in the footsteps of washed up singers K-Fed, MC Hammer, and Fabio, who appeared in previous Nationwide commercials.
 

The ad is a funny take on the serious subject of planning for retirement."
 

In the spot, Sanjaya visits a monastery in India to seek advice and he is told that he needs a retirement plan, and some work on his hair.

It"s interesting to note an advertiser picks up on the Malakar,Sanjaya,phenomena.Nationwide Picks the famous or up and coming stars. They are right on with Sanjaya!Why haven't the TV studios acted on him??He should have his own sho<now while he is fresh in everyones mind!!!!

I'm surprised Sanjaya doesn't have commercials all over America! How come Nationwide is the only smart one????????
