Victoria's Secret model Marisa Miller is "the hottest woman in the world," according to Maxim magazine's 2008 Hot List.
Miller, who also graced the cover of the 2008 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue was followed by Scarlett Johansson, Jessica Biel in the top 10. Also making the Top 10 is Eva Longoria Parker.
