Owen Wilson and Kate Hudson Engaged ?

Word on the block is that Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson are engaged to be married. Hudson, 29, has been spotted wearing a sizeable diamond ring on her engagemenrt finger after Wilson, 39, proposed to her in Miami, the UK Daily Mail has reported.
 

Kate and Owen became an item in 2006 after they starred together in You, Me & Dupree. The movie wasn't a blockbuster hit but it did spark a romance for the two. The same year Kate's six year marriage to Chris Robinson of The Black Crowes coincidently ended. After Kate and Chris' marriage ended, she and Owen were seen together , always smiling, and seemingly enjoying a good relationship.
 

Wilson came close to death after overdosing on drugs and slitting his wrists in August last year. He was thought to have become depressed after Hudson, broke off their relationship last May .
 

Hudson and Wilson rekindled their union in March  and the couple reportedly, are planning to marry in a private but lavish ceremony next year.
 

Update: "She's definitely not engaged," a rep for Hudson said.
