Lindsay Lohan attended the launch of LG's Scarlet HD TV at Pacific Design Center, West Hollywood, CA, on Monday. Lindsay looked fresh and cheerful at the event attended by a number of other stars such as Lauren Conrad, Emmy Rossum, Heidi Montag and Kristin Cavallari.
It surprises me that Lilo is looking this good, in a dress that looks more like a makeshift cheerleader outfit.
