Here's the latest image from "Disney Dream Portrait Series", portraying the undersea world of Ariel, heroine of "The Little Mermaid."
The Portrait entitled “Where Another World is Just a Wish Away,” shows actress Julianne Moore in tails and scales, as Ariel.
"Yes, Julianne has a big mermaid tail; it's interesting," photographer Annie Leibovitz recalled from the shoot. Moore said Ariel was her five-year-old daughter Liv's "favourite princess" so she "leapt at the chance" to get involved.
The image shows Ariel (Moore) sitting in her undersea world amid wavy coral and darting sea life. In the foreground, merman, Michael Phelps slips past, flipping his fins.
The new image will be featured in the June issue of Vanity Fair magazine.
