Anne Hathaway's real estate developer boyfriend Raffaelo Follieri was arrested today for bouncing a $250,000 check.
According to reports, Raffaello is believed to have written the check, but it was allegedly declined because he had insufficient funds in his account.
Raffaello's lawyers reportedly are trying to sort out the problem and he is now out of police custody.
He was sued last year for allegedly using up $1.3 million in business funds to cover his lavish lifestyle.
