Jessica Simpson Hospitalized For A Kidney Infection

Jessica Simpson was hospitalized over the weekend for a kidney infection, a rep for the star has confirmed. Simpson was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Friday, where she remained over the weekend for observation and was later released.
 

“She was hospitalized for a kidney  infection, but she has been released and is doing fine,” her rep says. “She checked in on Friday morning because she was feeling achy and had a fever,” a friend of the  Simpsons tells. “She is so happy she is out and feeling great.”
