Paris Hilton Takes a Tumble

While leaving a restaurant in Prague, Paris Hilton and Benji Madden were mobbed by fans and paparazzi. Paris took a nasty tumble while trying to escape the swarm of paps . An injured Paris Hilton was left with a swollen cheek. Poor girl! She spent the rest of the afternoon trying to cover her wound.  
 

Reportedly, her presence “led to hysteria amongst photographers clambering to take her picture, with a major fight breaking out amongst rival snappers.” “And after seeking solace in a local restaurant in Prague’s famous Staromestska Square, Hilton fell trying to escape the paparazzi as she tried to make her exit from the eatery,” reports from the scene tell.
