Catherine Zeta-Jones was in Sydney, Australia this weekend to promote new movie 'Death Defying Acts'. The Welsh beauty, despite being in late 30s, set pulses racing wherever she went.

During a pre-screening press conference, Catherine charmed members of the media with her subtle mix of sex appeal and sarcasm.  When she asked “Is it hot in here or is it just me?” a member of the panel quickly replied, “It’s you!” to which she replied, “I didn’t plan that!”

As for being a sex symbol, Zeta-Jones commented, “Obviously, my career is expanding and I am a mother and so I’m not going to be rip-roaring in corsets playing a 19-year-old because I’m not, I’m 38 years old.  I’m actually really lucky and glad these other roles have come along and I can play a mother.” But, she said, she wasn't about to abandon sexy roles altogether.
