A very skinny Nicky Hilton was spotted yesterday at Christian Louboutin store in L.A. These pictures of Paris Hilton's sister has everyone horrified at how “extremely skinny” she looks. 
 

Is she suffering from anorexia? I am pretty sure something is just not healthy. The poor girl needs help!
 

Here is another photo of Nicky at Villa Nightclub in West Hollywood. She was there to celebrate Ashton Kutcher  30th birthday.
