Miley Cyrus and dad Billy Ray were spotted taking care of a stray dog , Wednesday, in Los Angeles. The lovely young lady looked after the stray before reuniting the pet to its owner near their home. That's cute!
 

According to a report, the teen star is well on her way to becoming a teenage billionaire ! Miley is earning millions from her role as Hannah Montana and soon she might come out with a line of clothing, a movie deal and even her own fragrance.

I saw a photo from TMZ where it shows Miley in NYC with her yorkie, Roadie.  I noticed that the dog had a tag on the collar, looked like a flea deterrent, but turns out her people use a product called Frescopet fragrant tags for her dogs.
