Petra Nemcova is denying that she's dating Sean Penn even though they were reportedly "canoodling" at Elton John's Oscar party.  The 47-year-old actor and the 27-year-old Czech model set tongues wagging when they posed for photos together on the red carpet. But the sexy model claims they are just friends. Petra said, “Yes, we are friends. He is on the advisory board of my charity.”


Sean ended his 11-year marriage to Robin Wright Penn less than two months ago.  Sean's four-year marriage to pop star Madonna ended in 1989, shortly before he started dating Robin.
