Teen queen Miley Cyrus looked cute in a gorgeous Valentino dress as she arrived at the 80th Annual Academy Awards held at the Kodak Theatre on Sunday in Hollywood. The Hannah Montana star told Ryan Seacrest, she was hoping she would be there "one day with her own movie." The 15-year-old will be an award presenter at the Oscars. Miley was accompanied by her mom and publicist.
