The restraining order against Britney Spears' manager Sam Lutfi alleges that he drugged the troubled star, cut her phone lines and took control of her finances, staff and even the paparazzi that trail her.
Spears' mother Lynne, who claims that after her daughter met Lutfi, he "essentially moved into Britney's home and has purported to take control of her life, home and finances."
Lynne claims: "Mr. Lutfi drugged Britney, he has cut Britney's home phone lines and removed her cell phone chargers. He yells at her. He claims to control everything - Britney's business manager, her attorneys and the security guards at the gate."
At one point, Britney "picked up a bottle of pills and read part of the label and asked us, 'What does insomnia mean?' Sam told her that the pills will help her stay awake," Mrs Spears states.
A judge signed off on the harassment order Friday, ordering Lutfi from coming within 250 yards of the UCLA Medical Center, where Spears is in the midst of an extended 14-day stay .
