Disney's 3-D concert movie ''Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert'' hauled in $29 million, the biggest tally ever for a Super Bowl weekend. The digital 3-D technology gives the audience members the effect of being at a live concert. This movie was showed in just 683 digital 3-D theaters and was supposed to run only one week. But seeing the response, Disney will let the film run it’s course.
Supernatural thriller "The Eye," starring Jessica Alba, took the No. 2 slot at U.S. and Canadian box offices with a $13 million weekend. As expected, Eva Longoria's movie Over Her Dead Body flopped. It managed to bring in $4.6 million.
