The Spears Family Battles With Britney's Friend Sam Lutfi

PageSIx.com that Britney Spears' legal team has been instructed by the pop star's family not to talk to Sam Lutfi. Reportedly, Britney's father Jamie and Sam got into a screaming match at UCLA. Sam wants complete control of Britney's medical decisions and Britney's parents want Sam to disapear. Following Brit’s January 3, 2008 hospitalization, she had her lawyer draft a document giving Lutfi control of medical decisions.  Brit’s parents, after consulting an attorney, have apparently gained back control.

   Meanwhile , Britney’s mom has decided to take her back to her home town for a while.

    “Lynne is extremely concerned for her daughter and would like to take Britney back home to Louisiana and get her out of Hollywood,” Britney’s lawyer Michael Flanagan told PageSix.com exclusively.

This would probably be the smartest thing that Lynne has done in a while.
