X17 report that a two of their photographers were invited by Britney to celebrate at her house at approximately 2 a.m. Sunday, and they spent several hours with the singer and her longtime friend Sam Lutfi. According to one of the photographers, Lutfi said that they'd filed a request for a restraining order against Ghalib because they want him "out of Britney's life."
Adnan is denying the restraining order saying he's been in Santa Barbara for the past few days to attend a family funeral.
