Paparazzi arrested after chasing Britney

Four paparazzi have been arrested and four more were pulled over for reckless driving while chasing Britney Spears' car in the San Fernando Valley. The cars were following Spears' car too closely and traveling at unsafe speed. They also made several unsafe lane changes. According to TMZ, Britney herself told cops that one of the cars may have tried to "run her off the road".

Meanwhile, Britney had just another crazy day out wearing a torn fishnet stockings, showing the cameras some of her best retard impersonations.
